The Dakota Coalition was developed to streamline the process on various reservations concerning TERO Compliance and reporting.

The long term objective for the Coalition is to be a portal not only for Tribal TERO programs.  But for Contractors to obtain information about various TERO programs and there differences.

Finally to develop an educational program for Contractors so they may be informed on regulations and compliance.
